Biography
Amir Khabbab Ahammed is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the World University of Bangladesh. He holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from East West University, where he earned a 100% merit scholarship for his outstanding academic performance.
His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Object Detection, and Large Language Models (LLMs). He has worked on projects involving deep learning for medical imaging, real-time IoT data applications, and explainable AI, with the goal of making AI systems more transparent and usable in critical domains like healthcare.
Beyond teaching, he is committed to publishing impactful research, mentoring students, and contributing to the advancement of computer science education in Bangladesh.
