Biography

Asadullah Bin Rahman is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at World University of Bangladesh, specializing in Machine Learning and Quantum Computing. He holds a BSc and MSc in CSE from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU). His research focuses on quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, and biomedical image processing, with published work on image processing and machine learning.

He ranked 11th globally in the IBM Quantum Challenge 2024, was a finalist in Womanium Quantum + AI 2024, and was recognized in Unitary Hack 2025 for open-source contributions to the quantum software ecosystem. He works with Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, and has a strong competitive programming background.

He also mentors with QBangladesh (QWorld) in supporting quantum computing literacy in Bangladesh.
