Biography

Afzal Hossain is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB). He completed his MSc from the Institute of Information Technology (IIT), University of Dhaka. Prior to joining WUB, he served as Assistant Professor at the Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Savar, and as Lecturer at Stamford University Bangladesh. He also worked as IT Manager at Delta Capital Limited.

The major courses taught by him include Programming in C, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Theory of Computing, Computer Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computational Geometry, Formal Systems, Visual Internet Programming, Computer Fundamentals, Management Information Systems (MIS), Research Methodology, E-Business Management, Introduction to Basic Science, and Business Mathematics.
