Short Biography:

Kazi Hassan Robin is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the World University of Bangladesh. Alongside teaching, he actively contributes in various tech-based community movements in Bangladesh.

He has received a number of accolades, including the prestigious UK Alumni Award from the British Council. Currently, he currently serves as the Regional Ambassador for South Asia in the British Council’s Alumni UK program. He was also appointed as an SDG Advocate in the MY World Asia-Pacific 2030 Programme for his contributions to promoting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, he mentored and judged numerous national ICT competitions. His initiative, YEF, won the ‘Youth Excellence Award’ at the Youth Leadership Carnival 2019, organized by YCB in collaboration with UKAid.

Robin holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of East London and has published several research papers in international peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include Applied Computing, Software Engineering, and Human-Centered Computing.

Driven by a strong commitment to leveraging technology for social good, he aims to contribute toward building a better world for future generations.
